Please read the terms and conditions below. By placing an order you are agreeing to these terms. I reserve the right to cancel any order that does not comply with these terms.

  • My store minimum purchase is currently $1.00 US.
  • I do my best to ensure an accurate inventory, but errors can happen. In the event that an item that you have ordered is not in stock, I will inform you via e-mail and your order will be adjusted based on your preference.
  • If there are any problems with your purchase, please let me know before leaving feedback. I will make every effort to make it right!

Invoicing: Orders are usually invoiced within 48 hours. Please wait for the invoice before making a payment.

Payment: Please wait for the invoice before making a payment. Payment must be made within 5 days after the date of the original invoice. Occasionally some items may not fit into the quoted method of shipping and I may need to revise your shipping quote. We will provide you with the option to remove the oversized items or pay the difference for the larger package.

Packing and Shipping: Orders are usually shipped within two business days following the day that payment has been successfully received

Shipping Policy:

I always ship to your PayPal address, so please make sure it is your correct address

I process orders Monday - Friday and occasionally on Saturday.  Orders on Sundays will be processed the following Monday. I try to ship within 48 hours of receiving payment but I work a full-time job and process orders in the evenings.

Domestic

Up to 13 oz. I use USPS First Class

All other orders will be shipped Priority Mail

Item condition: All of the bricks, parts and minifigures are NEW— straight out of sealed boxes. However, please note that this does not guarantee mint condition as friction between bricks occurs even if they are in sealed bags). I do my best to package new parts to minimize damage. All of my items are stored in a pet-free and smoke-free environment.

Minifigs: All minifigs are brand new and have never been assembled. Minifigs will be packaged in separate ziplock baggies.

Order size: The minimum buy is $1.00 US; however, there is no maximum order size. Large orders may take longer to pick, so please allow an extra day or two for shipping.
